About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Fundraising Manager to join our team at Linc Charity. As a key member of our fundraising team, you will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of fundraising initiatives to maximize income and grow a diverse funding base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive fundraising strategy to achieve income growth targets
  • Lead on the planning and delivery of fundraising events, including our annual Polo Day and Cheltenham Triathlon
  • Manage and oversee the fundraising budget, ensuring effective use of resources
  • Collaborate with colleagues across the organization to promote fundraising activities and maximize income generation opportunities
  • Build and maintain relationships with corporate partners, donors, and volunteers
  • Utilize digital techniques to increase engagement and reach across various social media channels
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a fundraising role, with a track record of achieving income targets
  • Strong understanding of corporate fundraising, including pitching, relationship management, and event creation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Proficient in using digital techniques to increase engagement and reach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
