Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Mansell Recruitment Group is seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Manager to join their team. As a key member of the HR department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the company's continued expansion and growth.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR professional to take on a challenging and rewarding role. You will be responsible for providing strategic HR support to the business, including recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the recruitment process by helping to write job specifications and job descriptions.
  • Prepare offers of employment and complete administration processes.
  • Carry out new starter inductions and provide HR support on sensitive and complex employee relation issues.
  • Work with the HR Director to get the best performance out of the online HR Management System.
  • Provide dedicated HR support and proactively support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Support change management processes and provide preparation & analysis support to HR Management.
