_People Operations Partner_ to
join our exceptional team on a 12 month fixed term
contract basis. This position reports to the Regional HR Business Partner and
plays a vital role within both the site Leadership Team and Central HR team.

Role Responsibilities:
Our site-based HR professionals are essential to our organization, serving as a central hub
of expertise, guidance, and coaching for their stakeholders. As a People Operations Partner,
you will be tasked with delivering an effective day-to-day HR service while also being pivotal in developing and implementing people initiatives
that align with our ambitious growth strategy and site requirements. You will leverage
your expertise to ensure that employee relations are managed effectively by coaching line managers, utilizing data to identify and monitor trends, and ensuring appropriate measures are taken to address them.

This is a site-based role with the flexibility to work from home one day
a week. The position also supports our satellite site with minimal travel required, and includes one direct report. Flexibility in working hours may be necessary due to operational demands, although the majority of the time will be spent during standard office hours.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and execute the People Plan for the site
  • Mentor site leaders on all aspects of managing their teams to achieve success and embody our culture and values
  • Provide constructive and challenging insights on people matters to ensure sound business decisions are made with colleagues and customers at the forefront.
  • Ensure all managers receive the necessary training, coaching, and support to effectively manage their teams.
  • Analyze employee relations data to identify trends and propose solutions.
  • Assist line managers in navigating complex employee relations cases, ensuring a consistent approach is maintained.
  • Actively monitor colleague retention and absence, analyzing data to reduce attrition.
  • Support change initiatives, ensuring they are implemented in line with best practices.
  • Guarantee a consistent onboarding experience for new colleagues and line managers.
  • Ensure line managers are fostering engagement on site through Employee Communication Forums, listening groups, and action plans.
  • Assist the HR Administrator in the timely submission of weekly payroll.
  • Support performance management and team development through ongoing performance practices.
  • Proactively mentor and develop the HR Administrator to provide an effective HR service across both sites.
  • Provide support to our satellite site as needed, with minimal reimbursed travel required.

Candidate Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess a solid and current understanding of employment law and legislation
to effectively manage and resolve complex employee relations cases. A strong attention
to detail and accuracy, along with excellent analytical skills, are essential, as is experience in facilitating change and a robust understanding of the
concepts and challenges associated with change management.

The successful candidate will either hold a CIPD qualification (level 5), be currently pursuing this, or be qualified by experience and ready to undertake their qualification.

We are looking for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can positively influence while building strong working
relationships with the site management team and broader stakeholder groups.
