Job Title: Creative Graphic Specialist

Caramel Talent Limited is seeking a highly skilled Creative Graphic Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design, particularly within the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design innovative and on-brand packaging for new products.
  • Create visually appealing email campaigns that engage customers and drive brand loyalty.
  • Develop brand decks and presentations as needed to support internal and external initiatives.
  • Take high-quality product photos using a DSLR camera.
  • Ensure all designs meet brand standards and are ready for approval without needing excessive revisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to manage creative projects from concept to execution.
  • Maintain high attention to detail, ensuring all deliverables are accurate and aligned with the brand's vision.
  • Work efficiently to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably within the beauty sector.
  • Proficiency in design software (Adobe Creative Suite or similar).
  • Experience in product packaging, email design, and creating brand presentations.
  • Ability to take high-quality product photos using a DSLR camera.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work with minimal revisions.
  • Strong creative decision-making skills, particularly when it comes to design choices.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Qualification in English or design-related fields would be a bonus.
Salary and Location:

£35,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. Remote work available in the United Kingdom.
