Key Responsibilities:
- Provide expert supervision to foster parents, ensuring the highest standards of care and support for children in our care.
- Develop and implement effective strategies to promote the well-being and stability of foster families.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless support and services for foster families.
- Conduct thorough assessments and reviews to ensure the best interests of children are met.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and regulations to ensure compliance and excellence.
What We Offer:
- A competitive salary of £28,938 - £41,052 per annum, dependent on experience.
- A £1,000 car allowance or company car.
- 30 days' annual leave (rising to 35 days with length of service) + Bank Holidays.
