Your Role
As a corporate renewables energy attorney, your responsibilities will encompass a wide array of tasks, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, equity fundraising, and general corporate matters. You will also focus on co-operatives, community benefit societies, and alternative structures. Our esteemed legal practitioners advise developers, utilities, investors, and funders across a broad spectrum of clean energy technologies, as well as initiatives related to sustainability and net-zero goals.
