Family/Civil Paralegal Specialist

Job Summary:

EJ Legal is seeking a highly skilled Family/Civil Paralegal to join our team. As a Family/Civil Paralegal, you will be working closely with our top-ranked Family lawyers to provide exceptional support in complex cases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and collate financial disclosure bundles for court and papers for counsel.
  • Take attendance notes at client/counsel sessions and court hearings.
  • Conduct due diligence and disclosure.
  • Create client documents, such as Form E, asset schedules, and Questionnaires.

Requirements:

  • Strong academic background, including a law degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Previous experience in Family or civil law from a law firm is preferred.
  • Experience with trial preparation, including bundling and drafting.
  • Ability to work 5 days a week in the office with a 4:1 hybrid working arrangement after a settle period.
