Accounts Payable Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Assistant to join our team on a 5-month fixed-term contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Purchase Ledger, ensuring accurate and timely processing of invoices and payments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Matching invoices to purchase orders and resolving discrepancies
  • Collating payment spreadsheets for authorisation and processing payments by BACS
  • Reconciling supplier accounts and responding to supplier queries
  • Cash allocations and invoice raising
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Excellent data entry and organisational skills
Working Arrangements:

This is an office-based, full-time opportunity with ongoing temporary status and potential for permanent employment.
