Project Manager

Thales Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Crawley, United Kingdom. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering complex projects to internal and external customers, both in the UK and internationally.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Manage project stakeholders, including team members, customers, and suppliers.
- Ensure effective project governance, including risk management, change control, and quality assurance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, resource plans, and financial forecasts.
- Provide coaching and guidance to less experienced project managers.
- Proven experience in managing complex projects, with a strong track record of delivery.
- Excellent project management skills, including planning, execution, and control.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Experience with project management tools, such as Oracle and Primavera.
- Desirable: IPMA Level C professional accreditation or equivalent Association for Project Management (APM) qualification.
