We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Conveyancer to join our team in Newcastle. As a Senior Conveyancer, you will be responsible for managing a large caseload of conveyancing transactions, providing expert legal advice and support to clients, and staying up-to-date with legal developments in conveyancing and property law.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Manage a substantial caseload of conveyancing transactions, ensuring efficient and accurate service delivery
* Handle both residential and commercial conveyancing responsibilities, depending on experience
* Provide expert legal advice and support to clients throughout the conveyancing process
* Stay abreast of legal developments in conveyancing and property law

**Requirements:**

* Proven experience in managing a large caseload of conveyancing matters
* Strong background in residential and/or commercial conveyancing (as a solicitor or licensed/unlicensed conveyancer)
