Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Part Time Accounts Payable Administrator to join our finance team in Solihull. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for handling invoices, processing payments, and maintaining accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Invoice Processing: Review and process invoices in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Payment Execution: Prepare and execute payments ensuring all transactions are properly documented.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Maintain and build positive relationships with suppliers, addressing queries and resolving payment-related issues.
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on accounts payable activities, providing insights into cash flow and outstanding liabilities.
Candidate Requirements:
  • Previous Experience: Previous experience in Accounts Payable or a similar financial role is desirable.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Adaptability: Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication Skills: Confident and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and accounting software.
