Senior Clinical Fellow in Neurosurgery

Barts Health NHS Trust is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Clinical Fellow in Neurosurgery to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care and advancing your career in neurosurgery.
Main Duties and ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for working as part of a multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality patient care, participating in clinical audits and research, and contributing to the development of clinical guidelines and policies. The postholder will also have the opportunity to work closely with our Neuro-Trauma Team, a supra-specialist service that is Consultant delivered on a 1 in 4 rota and supported by three full-time Clinical Nurse Specialists.
Person SpecificationWe are looking for a candidate with a strong background in neurosurgery, excellent communication skills, and a flexible approach to work. The ideal candidate will have a passion for clinical audit and research, and be committed to delivering high-quality patient care. The postholder will be expected to work collaboratively with the team, demonstrating a strong sense of teamwork and a willingness to learn and develop.
