Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and track project progress, resource allocation, and project metrics to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
  • Facilitate communication among team members, stakeholders, and management to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans to ensure project success.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including game producers, content managers, artists, animators, software engineers, audio designers, and game designers.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Make recommendations for process improvements, standards, and procedures to enhance project delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, with a strong track record of delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget.
  • Excellent project management skills, including resource allocation, project scheduling, and risk management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and teamwork.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Proficiency in project management tools, including JIRA, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Knowledge of software development methodologies, including Agile and Scrum.

  • Knowledge of HTML5 technologies and lottery or gaming industry.
