Senior HR Manager

Travel Trade Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Senior HR Manager to join our team in Manchester/Hybrid. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and systems, as well as driving initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure employees maintain accurate personal records on our HR system.
  • Prepare and process HR documents, including those related to employee onboarding and offboarding.
  • Identify opportunities for improving HR processes and workflows, and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Coordinate with IT and other departments to integrate HR systems and ensure seamless data exchange.
  • Support the implementation of employee engagement and retention programs, including research on best practices and recommendations for improvement.
  • Project manage and deliver agreed improvements and initiatives, including organizing work events and keeping in touch with remote workers.
  • Be the first point of contact for employee inquiries related to HR issues, and provide support in HR audits and compliance reviews.
