About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Backend Engineer to join our Fleet Team, where you will play a crucial role in ensuring seamless connectivity between our vehicles and the backend system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain services that enable reliable data flow and effective vehicle management.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify technical opportunities that improve vehicle connectivity and system performance.
  • Onboard new connectivity partners and troubleshoot technical issues that may arise during integration.
Requirements
  • Passion for technology and software engineering, with a drive to improve continuously.
  • Working experience in software development, with a focus on backend engineering.
  • User centricity, with the ability to identify and grasp user problems, building effective and scalable solutions.
  • Critical thinking, with a strong ability to reflect on own and team performance, data-driven approach.
  • Effectiveness as an independent contributor, with fluency in and familiarity with best practices.
  • Experience with MVNO/MNO providers and how they impact data connectivity for IoT devices.
