Job Context:

We are seeking talented individuals to contribute to two Korean-language sports websites dedicated to horse and greyhound racing. These platforms will provide users with news, insights, predictions, previews, and statistics relevant to the sports they cover.

Remote Work:

This position allows for remote work, enabling you to operate from the comfort of your home.

Reporting Structure:

You will report directly to the Head of Content - Korean.

Job Purpose:

Your primary responsibility will be to research and craft engaging articles on horse racing and greyhound events. This includes producing well-articulated predictions and betting tips for various matches and races. Timeliness is crucial, as you will be expected to deliver content according to a predefined schedule.

Ideal Candidate:

We are looking for individuals who possess a strong knowledge and passion for sports and racing. You should be capable of generating a significant volume of high-quality content that meets the rigorous standards expected by reputable sports and racing authorities.

  • Develop and produce compelling sports content with both global and local relevance.
  • Ensure that all content meets the expectations of the audience and stakeholders.
  • Maintain the highest quality standards for all content and deliver it punctually.

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in both English and Korean, both verbal and written.
  • A strong passion and understanding of horse racing.
  • Exceptional writing skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
  • Capability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Proficient in IT and digital tools.

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with the racing and sports betting landscape in the Korean market.
  • Experience with content management systems.
