We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical or Counselling Psychologist to join our team in Derbyshire Adult Community Mental Health Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing specialist psychological assessments, consulting with colleagues, and implementing case management.

1. Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments of service users, incorporating complex data from various sources.
2. Provide expert advice and supervision to colleagues on psychological formulation and management of patients with mental health problems.
3. Develop and implement care plans, working closely with service users, carers, and other stakeholders.
4. Assess and manage clinical risk, providing advice on psychological aspects of risk assessment and management.
5. Establish and maintain effective links with Social Services, General Practitioners, and other primary Health Care Workers.

We are looking for a candidate with a good Honours degree in Psychology, a post-graduate doctorate in Clinical or Counselling Psychology, and registration as a Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC. Essential experience includes working with clients across various settings and a commitment to developing specialist expertise.
