Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled FLT Counterbalance Driver to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a counterbalance forklift truck, moving stock around the warehouse, loading and unloading lorries, and performing general warehouse duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate a counterbalance forklift truck safely and efficiently
  • Move stock around the warehouse, including loading and unloading lorries
  • Perform general warehouse duties, including stock taking and filling and updating paperwork
  • Work collaboratively with the warehouse team to achieve daily targets
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy working environment

Requirements

  • National accredited Counterbalance license
  • Previous experience operating a counterbalance forklift truck
  • Ability to work at height and in a fast-paced environment
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays
