Key Responsibilities:
  1. Order Processing: Accurately process new orders, including sales orders and related documents, within our ERP system.
  2. Logistical Distribution: Ensure the timely and efficient distribution of our products, including planning, review, communication, and financial control from order to delivery.
  3. Delivery Arrangements: Arrange deliveries for local project requirements, ensuring timely and cost-effective solutions.
  4. Customs Support: Provide support with import and export of our products and related equipment, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.
  5. Forecasting and Demand Planning: Analyze and forecast demand for our products, identifying opportunities to meet customer needs and drive business growth.
  6. Quality Control: Ensure high-quality delivery of goods, measuring quality through dedicated KPIs.
  7. Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to align Supply Chain operations with overall business goals.
  8. Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with Supply Chain and Customs-related regulations and policies.
Requirements:
  1. Education: University degree in Supply Chain, Operations, or Business, or equivalent.
  2. Experience: 4+ years of work experience in Supply Chain or Logistics, or similar position.
  3. Technical Skills: Good knowledge of ERP systems and MS Office package, with an advantage in JDE or SAP.
  4. Soft Skills: Excellent time management, planning, and accuracy, with the ability to support or lead local or group-based projects.
