We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paramedic Lecturer Practitioner to join our team at Echo Fire and Medical Limited. As a key member of our clinical operations, supervisory, and educational teams, you will play a vital role in delivering, supporting, and developing clinical education to both staff and external candidates.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver clinical education to staff and external candidates, ensuring high-quality training and development.
- Form part of our Internal Quality Assurance team, driving forward best practice and development through support within pre-hospital care.
- Respond to 999 calls, deliver clinical care in various settings, and provide clinical support to non-registered HCPs.
- Contribute to project management and development of education, including creating educational materials and delivering CPD sessions.
- Provide ongoing support to students, including clinical and operational advice, and promote engagement with ongoing learning.
- Effectively mark and feedback submitted work, review action plans, and provide feedback and engagement opportunities to support learners on their career journey.
- Carry out assessments within both education and operations, create and develop policies and operating documents, and contribute to the quality assurance programme.
- Must hold a current, UK, full driving licence.
- Experience within pre-hospital care setting.
- Desirable: Experience within teaching and assessing, mentorship of others, and teaching and assessing qualifications.
- Paramedic (HCPC registered).
- Desirable: Teaching and Assessing qualifications (will be provided if not currently held).
