We are a well-established and respected Garage, Rubber Duck Cars, seeking a qualified and experienced Motor Vehicle Technician to join our team in Bedford. The ideal candidate will possess a flexible approach and a positive attitude, with a strong commitment to achieving complete customer satisfaction.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring work is completed to a high standard at all times, while also helping to achieve sales targets as set out by our Service Manager. In exchange, we offer a competitive salary and bonus package, as well as a stable working environment and opportunities for professional growth and development.

To be considered for this role, candidates must be a level 3 qualified Technician and hold a full and valid driving licence. We will invest in your training and development, providing full training in diagnostic, hybrid, and electric vehicle technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on vehicles to a high standard
  • Assist in the diagnosis and repair of complex vehicle faults
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction
  • Comply with all relevant health and safety procedures
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and techniques

Requirements:

  • Level 3 qualified Technician
