About the Role:

We are seeking a compassionate and caring Healthcare Assistant to join our team at Burford House Care Home. As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our residents with their daily activities, promoting their dignity and independence, and helping them live happy and healthy lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support residents with their daily needs, including personal care, mealtime assistance, and medication management.
  • Develop and implement individual care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to provide a high-quality, person-centered service.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and compassion.

Requirements:

  • Right to live and work in the UK.
  • Caring nature, positive attitude, and ability to work in a team.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Previous experience working with the elderly is desirable but not essential, as full training is provided.
