Job Overview

Culina Group, a leading ambient transport and logistics business, is seeking a skilled HGV Class 1 Driver to join their team in Goole. As a key member of the logistics team, you will be responsible for completing deliveries and collections for customers, ensuring timely and efficient transportation of goods.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate HGV Class 1 vehicles safely and efficiently, adhering to company policies and regulations.
  • Complete deliveries and collections, managing routes and schedules to meet customer requirements.
  • Perform manual handling, drop and swaps, and general trunking tasks as needed.
  • Ensure vehicle safety and report defects correctly.
  • Comply with on-site health and safety requirements and understand and carry out necessary vehicle checks.

Requirements

  • Valid HGV 1/C+E Licence and a minimum of 6 months HGV Class 1 driving experience.
  • No more than 6 points, no DD/DR Code convictions.
  • Hold a current valid DCPC & Tacho cards.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
