About the Role

Reactive Driving Recruitment is seeking experienced HGV Class 1 Transport Operators to join our esteemed client base. This position offers a variety of driving opportunities that cater to both day and night shifts.

Job Responsibilities
  • Operate HGV Class 1 vehicles for both refrigerated and general haulage tasks.
  • Utilize electric pump trucks as required for refrigerated loads.
  • Adhere to scheduled AM shifts, commencing between 06:00 and 12:00.
  • Participate in PM shifts, starting from 12:00 to 18:00.
  • Work primarily during weekdays, with optional weekend shifts available.
Compensation

Competitive pay rates are offered:

  • Weekday Day Shifts: £17.00
  • Weekday Night Shifts: £18.00
Candidate Requirements

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following criteria:

  • Possess a valid HGV Class 1 Licence with a minimum of 1 year of driving experience.
  • Hold a current CPC qualification.
  • Have a valid Tachograph card.
  • Be at least 21 years of age (due to insurance policies).
  • Maintain a clean driving record with no more than 6 penalty points.
  • No IN or DR endorsements on the driving licence.
