Workshop Recruitment is seeking a skilled Multi Trader to work in the Havant & Waterlooville area, focusing on social housing and domestic properties. The ideal candidate will possess a range of skills, including carpentry, plumbing, painting and decorating, and tiling, to perform reactive maintenance repairs in occupied and empty homes and buildings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Fitting various types of doors and performing first and second fixing
  • Installing kitchens and repairing minor leaks
  • Replacing sanitary ware and ceramic wall tiling
  • Removing non-licensed asbestos (with full training provided)

Requirements:

  • Experience in the domestic field
  • Reliability and a hard-working attitude
