Our local staff team is experienced and professional, and we are committed to building on this with dedicated, warm, and hardworking individuals who can help us provide the best level of personal and housing-related support to our service users.

**Your Role**

As a Relief Support Worker, you will promote a focus on maintaining the independence and dignity of our service users, ensuring they live inclusive lives within the local community. You will provide support on an emotional and practical level, assisting with daily living needs such as personal care, household duties, medication, healthy living, and engagement with the community.

**Requirements**

Previous experience is an essential requirement for this role. New starters will attend mandatory induction courses before beginning shift work within our services, which we will provide.

**Benefits**

As a Creative Support Relief Support Worker, you will have access to our free app, which allows you to pick up shifts in the Greater Manchester area or other areas of the country. You will be paid on a weekly basis, with pay varying depending on the service worked at.

**What We Offer**

We provide full training and the opportunity to work towards a QCF Diploma in Health and Social Care. Benefits include a probationary bonus, pension contributions, 28 days Annual Leave, and company-paid enhanced DBS.
