Job Summary:
The Co-Curricular Programs Coordinator at Forest School is responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and administration of a diverse range of co-curricular activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive co-curricular program that complements the academic curriculum and supports the development of pupils' skills, interests, and well-being.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and external partners to design and deliver engaging programs that promote pupil growth and development.
- Manage the logistics and administration of co-curricular activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Ensure a safe and inclusive environment for all pupils participating in co-curricular activities.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of co-curricular programs and make recommendations for improvement.
