We are seeking a highly skilled Cash and Banking Assistant to join our Finance team at ZIGUP. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of our daily banking operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process banking transactions accurately and efficiently, ensuring all payments are made on time and cash is banked correctly.
  • Work closely with the team to ensure all cash transactions are processed on the ledgers accurately.
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external partners and suppliers.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in cash and banking management.
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a finance team, working within cash and banking, purchase ledger, sales ledger, or related area.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
