We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Corporate Tax Assistant Manager to join our team at BDO UK. As a key member of our Corporate Tax practice, you will play a vital role in providing tax advisory services to a wide range of corporate and owner-managed clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients, including control of billings and cash collection within the firm's criteria.
  • Review work prepared by more junior members of staff and ensure that the firm's quality control procedures are adhered to.
  • Liaise with HMRC and ensure that assignments are completed within agreed budgets.
  • Identify risk and technical matters, as well as selling opportunities, to the Partner/Senior Manager/Manager.
  • Provide training and guidance to more junior staff, while consistently providing feedback and developing their skills.
Requirements
  • Educated to degree level, and/or CTA and/or ACA qualified or equivalent.
  • Proven experience in tax advisory services, with a strong understanding of tax laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and colleagues at all levels.
  • Ability to work proactively, managing your own tasks and prioritizing your workload.
