Paralegal Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Paralegal to join our team in Bexleyheath, near Dartford. This role will involve working in a busy Private Client department, drafting and writing wills, and managing a caseload.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Take instructions from clients and prepare draft documents for approval.
  • Present the firm's account promptly and secure immediate settlement.
  • Advise on Lasting Powers of Attorney and prepare and register documents.
  • Refer complex enquiries to senior members of the Private Client team.
Requirements:
  • Pleasant and courteous manner.
  • Efficient and co-operative attitude.
  • Diligent and conscientious approach to work.
  • Ability to work unsupervised.
  • Good interpersonal and organisational skills.
  • PC literacy and accurate keyboard skills.
  • A law degree or LPC is desired, although not essential.
  • Must be able to travel between our three offices.
