About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an ICT Support Specialist. As a key member of our repair and retail department, you will play a vital role in assisting our customers with their IT needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnostic and Repair Services: Troubleshoot and repair a wide range of IT products, including PCs, laptops, servers, printers, and networking equipment.
  • Software Installation and Support: Install and configure software products and solutions, ensuring seamless integration with our customers' systems.
  • Sales and Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • E-commerce Solutions: Assist in the development and implementation of e-commerce solutions, ensuring a seamless online experience for our customers.
Requirements
  • Education: 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject, including GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above).
  • Skills: Strong interest in technology, passion for learning new products and features, excellent communication skills, and ability to work well in a team environment.
  • Desirable Skills: Microsoft Office basics, ability to deliver great customer experiences, strong problem-solving skills, and ability to adhere to a schedule.
