Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Residential Sales Professional to join our team at Fulfords, a well-established property business in the South West. As an Estate Agent - Sales Negotiator, you will be responsible for generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers, and progressing sales through to exchange and completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and book valuations for properties
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate offers
- Progress sales through to exchange and completion
- Optimize opportunities to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor
Requirements
- Preferably an experienced sales person
- Able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
- Outstanding customer care and customer service experience
- Resilient, positive, organized, numerate, and detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems)
- A Full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle
