Credit Controller Opportunity

Direct365, a leading provider of Hygiene Services, is seeking an experienced Credit Controller to join their team. As a Credit Controller, you will play a crucial role in resolving complex queries related to credit, debt, and ledgers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve complex queries related to credit, debt, and ledgers
  • Utilize SAGE and Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Manage volume cash collection calls
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and revenue targets
  • Participate in accredited ILM training to expand your skills
Requirements:
  • More than 2 years' experience as a Credit Controller
  • Experience using SAGE and Microsoft packages
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • A good salary of c.£25,000 depending on experience
