Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Audit Manager to join our team. As a Senior Audit Manager, you will be responsible for leading audit teams and delivering high-quality audit work that meets the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead Audit Teams
    • Develop and implement audit strategies that meet the needs of our clients
    • Lead and manage audit teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality audit work
  • Deliver High-Quality Audit Work
    • Ensure that all audit work is delivered on time and to a high standard
    • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of audit results
  • Develop Commercial Understanding
    • Develop a strong commercial understanding of the audited entities' businesses
    • Identify and recognize business and sales opportunities with new audit entities
  • Recruit and Develop Talent
    • Recruit, retain, develop, and motivate our employees
    • Participate in graduate recruitment and ensure job appraisal documentation is completed within deadlines
Requirements
  • Technical Skills
    • ACCA/ACA/ICAS qualified or overseas equivalent
    • Good working knowledge of UK and International GAAS, IFRS, UK GAAP, and Financial Reporting requirements
    • Working knowledge of financial products, firm services, issues regarding advice and regulation, and compliance
    • Experience of systems/controls testing as well as substantive auditing
  • Business Skills
    • Strong commercial understanding of the audited entities' businesses
    • Ability to develop and implement business strategies that meet the needs of our clients
