Zachary Daniels is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrator to join their dynamic and successful organization. As a key member of the team, you will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the team and senior management, including tasks such as expenses, meeting room bookings, and travel arrangements.
- Produce reports and correspondence using Microsoft Word and Excel, and maintain accurate records.
- Manage postal duties and order stationery as needed.
- Assist with general clerical tasks and provide support to the team as required.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues and management.
- Highly organized with a keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all tasks.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and Word to produce reports and correspondence.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
- Reliable, hardworking, and honest with a strong work ethic.
Working Hours:
The successful candidate will work full-time hours, Monday to Thursday 8am-5:30pm and Friday 8am-4pm, in a fast-paced office environment.
