Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Product Genius at Park's Motor Group. As a Product Genius, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge to our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand and stay up-to-date with all products within your allocated dealership
  • Keep all dealership staff informed about the latest product information to ensure they have a high level of understanding
  • Use your product knowledge to assist customers in a non-pressured environment, providing them with expert advice and guidance
  • Support marketing activity by taking high-quality images of vehicles and utilizing digital and social media platforms for promotion
  • Actively learn and share your expertise with customers using available resources, including our bespoke Citnow digital vehicle information videos
  • Direct customers to Sales when an interest to buy becomes apparent
  • Plan, coordinate, and deliver exceptional test drive experiences with our customers, providing them with a comprehensive overview of the requested vehicle during the appointment
  • Assist with customer handovers by demonstrating and setting up customers with all the fantastic new features of their new vehicle

  • Competent IT skills
  • A Full Driver's License or a willingness to work towards obtaining one
