Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Trainee Estate Agent to join our fantastic residential sales team in Talbot Green. As a Trainee Estate Agent, you will learn all aspects of Estate Agency and be taken through an industry leading development and training program.
Key Responsibilities
- Helping people find their dream home by generating and booking valuations, conducting property viewings, negotiating offers and agreeing sales.
- Optimising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor.

Requirements
- Preferably an experienced sales person.
- Outstanding customer care/customer service experience.
- Resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail oriented.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- IT literate (MS Office, internet, email systems).
- A Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle.
