About the Role

The successful Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, leading junior members of staff, and driving business growth. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing projects from start to finish, ensuring timely completion and within budget
  • Leading and developing junior team members, providing guidance and support
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver projects
  • Identifying and mitigating project risks, ensuring successful project outcomes

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the built environment, with a strong track record of project management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Professionally qualified (or working towards) with MRICS/MAPM/MCIOB
  • Strong technical knowledge of JCT/NEC forms of contract
