The Team: The People Hub is composed of HR specialists providing initial HR support to staff and management. They oversee HR assistance throughout the employee journey.

Your Role: You will act as the main point of contact for all People Operations inquiries, delivering essential HR support and administrative functions to a workforce exceeding 3,000 individuals.

Daily Responsibilities:

Your duties will encompass:

  • Offering advice to employees, line managers, and HR Business Partners
  • Ensuring precise HR documentation on SAP
  • Facilitating onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Managing cases related to maternity, paternity, adoption, and shared parental leave
  • Overseeing benefits information on BenefitsHub
  • Updating employee files in accordance with data protection regulations
  • Tracking employee absences and sickness
  • Generating letters and employment contracts
  • Calculating redundancy payments
  • Addressing Subject Access Requests
  • Fostering relationships with stakeholders
  • Collaborating with payroll on inquiries

What We Seek:

  • Previous experience in HR administration
  • Proven ability to cultivate strong stakeholder relationships
  • Meticulous attention to detail and organizational capabilities
  • Ability to perform under pressure and adhere to deadlines
  • Familiarity with SAP is advantageous
