Involve Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Legionella Compliance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing all Legionella services, ensuring quality and compliance across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead as the Legionella Compliance Manager for all UK-based Legionella services, managing and supporting the field service teams.
  • Ensure compliance with statutory health and safety standards and maintain benchmark systems.
  • Collaborate with the Field Operations Manager to improve daily operations and drive innovation in the Legionella department.
  • Assist the sales team with quotes and tender processes.
  • Support digital development of surveying services.
  • Stay updated with water hygiene legislation and provide technical support across the organization.
  • Line manage the field-based Legionella delivery team, serving as their main contact and support.
  • Ensure field teams meet KPIs, adhere to industry standards, and remain productive.
  • Travel across the UK to support field staff and meet operational needs.
  • Manage large Legionella projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
  • Identify, onboard, and audit subcontractors.
  • Deliver Legionella services, focusing on L8 Risk Assessments, Written Schemes, and L8 Training.
  • Conduct regular audits of post-service reports, field staff, and subcontractors.
  • Support recruitment and development of field teams.
  • Liaise with clients regarding work progress and issues, and ensure equipment is functional and calibrated.
Requirements:
  • A full UK driving licence is essential.
  • Proven experience in a similar role with strong knowledge of Legionella compliance and quality management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively.
  • NEBOSH or equivalent qualification is advantageous.
