Day Rate: £400 to £450

Duration: 12 months / Outside IR35

Job Overview:

Coburg Banks is seeking an experienced Time and Attendance Software Project Manager to lead the implementation of Kronos / Pro WFM time and attendance software and its integration with HR and Payroll systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver time and attendance system projects with a focus on quality and timely completion
  • Manage the installation of Kronos / Dimensions / Pro-WFM software and its integration with HR and Payroll systems
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in delivering time and attendance system projects
  • Knowledge of Kronos / Dimensions / Pro-WFM software and its integration with HR and Payroll systems
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and motivate teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a remote environment with occasional site visits

What We Offer:

Coburg Banks offers a competitive day rate and a 12-month contract with the possibility of extension. The role is outside of IR35, and the successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and develop their skills and expertise.
