Business Development Manager

Ultimate Banking

Up to £55k per annum + £6k car allowance + generous bonus scheme

Our client, Ultimate Banking, is a leading financial services provider in the Mortgage and Savings space. This is an exciting opportunity for a relationship-focused, business development professional to join their sales team, developing relationships with mortgage intermediaries to promote their mortgage and related products.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Maintain and develop business relationships with existing mortgage intermediaries and Packagers (if applicable) to increase both the quantity and quality of enquiries and applications submitted to the organisation.
  • Build a network of new mortgage intermediaries to ensure they introduce a significant flow of applications on a monthly basis.
  • Collaborate with the Intermediary desk, Compliance, and Loans Underwriting teams to ensure smooth case handling through the application process.

Requirements

  • Previous business development experience within the mortgage sector.
  • A full UK driving licence.
  • Availability to work within the desired geographical area.
