Job Title: Team Leader - Ballymena Supported Living

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our Ballymena Supported Living service. As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in supporting the needs of individuals through our ethos and values. You will be responsible for leading a team of care staff, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and support to our service users.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of care staff to deliver high-quality care and support to service users
  • Develop and implement individual care plans to meet the needs of service users
  • Ensure the delivery of person-centered care, promoting the autonomy and dignity of service users
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless care and support
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of service policies and procedures
Requirements:
  • Experience in a leadership role within a care setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
  • Knowledge of care standards and regulations
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
