Quantity Surveyor Job Description

Our client, a leading construction contractor, is seeking a skilled Quantity Surveyor to join their team. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in the commercial aspects of projects, ensuring cost control and value management strategies are implemented effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement cost control and value management strategies to optimize project profitability.
  • Prepare and manage monthly forecasts, CVRs, and Profit & Loss statements to ensure accurate financial reporting.
  • Oversee the commercial aspects of projects, including managing cash flow and subcontractor payments.
  • Manage variation accounts and forecast final accounts to ensure accurate financial reporting.
