About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Care Assistant to join our team at Harmonize Care. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living tasks, medication management, and mobility.
  • Assist with domestic tasks, such as cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals and social care teams to ensure seamless care.
  • Adhere to our company values, including building a better future for our clients and staff, putting clients' needs first, and promoting equality and diversity.
Requirements
  • Valid driving license and own transport (due to client location).
  • Female only to meet specific client requirements.
  • Availability to work from 7 am to 2 pm and every other weekend.
  • Kind, compassionate, and supportive nature.
  • Reliable and trustworthy.
  • Good verbal and written English skills.
  • Ability to be professional at all times.
