We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our Development Management Team as a Graduate Planner. This is an excellent opportunity to start your local planning career and gain valuable experience in investigating breaches of planning control.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for investigating breaches of planning control, working closely with the team to identify and resolve issues. You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in all aspects of the planning system, including customer service and organisational skills.

We are looking for a candidate who is able to demonstrate good organisational skills, a willingness to learn, and excellent customer service. A full current UK driving licence is essential, as you will be required to visit multiple sites across the district.
