About the Role

Rendall & Rittner is seeking a highly experienced Senior Property Manager to join our team. As a key member of our property management team, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of large residential developments, providing a day-to-day property management service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Portfolio Management: You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of large residential developments, ensuring that all aspects of property management are carried out to the highest standard.
  • Budget Management: You will be responsible for managing budgets and overall expenditure for developments, producing forecasts and reports as required.
  • Customer Service: You will be a true expert in customer service, using this to lead, engage and inspire others to deliver exceptional results.
  • Performance Improvement: You will be responsible for driving the performance of your portfolio, identifying opportunities for improvement and contributing to amazing results.
  • Major Works: You will have experience of overseeing major works and carrying out the Section 20 consultation process.
  • Policy and Procedure: You will have the ability to interpret policies, procedures and relevant leasehold legislation, researching where required and providing advice consistently.
  • Site Inspections: You will conduct site inspections, ensuring Health & Safety regulations are adhered to and having a basic working knowledge in building maintenance systems.
  • Relationship Building: You will have experience building and establishing relationships with clients, contractors and other stakeholders.
  • Teamwork: You will support your team, working together to build strong working relationships with residents, contractors and other stakeholders.
