Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Install and configure hardware and software solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Manage and maintain internal and customer Service Level Agreements (SLAs), escalating any concerns to ensure timely resolution.

  • Take ownership of problem resolution from start to finish, ensuring client expectations are met and exceeded.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Microsoft 365, including Intune and auto-pilot.
  • Microsoft Windows 10/11 operating systems.
  • Microsoft Server and Exchange technologies.
  • Microsoft Office Products.
  • Apple Mobile Technologies.
  • Android and Windows Mobile Technologies.
  • Intermediate-level knowledge and application of Office 365 Administration, Exchange Technologies, Active Directory, Firewalls, Router, and VPN Technologies.
  • Group Policies, Backup Software Technologies, and other relevant skills.

Benefits:

  • Basic Salary: £33,000 - £35,000.
  • Car Allowance: £4,000.
