Job Title: General Manager, EMEA

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager, EMEA to lead our sales function in the EMEA region. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding our presence in the region, and ensuring the delivery of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Develop and execute a regional sales strategy to drive growth and profitability.
  2. Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key wholesale accounts in the EMEA region.
  4. Collaborate with the global brand team to optimize regional opportunities and drive business growth.
  5. Provide sales and profitability forecasts to ensure sustained commercial viability.
  6. Work closely with marketing to build and execute channel plans.
  7. Lead commercially-led internal projects to support company value-creation.

Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in commercial leadership/management with a strong background in beauty/cosmetics.
  2. Strategic thinker with the ability to conceptualize, coordinate, and project manage the execution of commercial strategies.
  3. Strong understanding of financial metrics and their impact on business decisions.
