Electrical Supervisor Job Description

Venn Group is seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join our team. As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for managing and supervising trade operatives and sub-contractors, ensuring the delivery of an efficient and cost-effective customer-focused operational repairs service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and supervise trade operatives and sub-contractors to ensure the delivery of high-quality electrical services.
  • Ensure the results of inspection and testing of electrical work are recorded accurately and in compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in the implementation of processes for the continuous improvement of the organisation's performance management plans.
  • Effectively manage all works, including maintenance and repairs, to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
Requirements:
  • Competent in all aspects of electrical discipline, with qualified supervisory experience and ideally experience of working within a social housing environment.
  • NICEIC QS certification and experience using the NICEIC certification website.
  • 2391 or equivalent qualification.
  • C&G NVQ L3 qualification.
  • Gold Card qualifications.
  • Full UK driver's license.
